Janet Mills to veto a statewide moratorium that could halt a proposed $550 million data center at Jay’s former Androscoggin Mill. They argue the project would reuse existing infrastructure, avoid big utility impacts, and bring hundreds of jobs and major tax revenue to restore Jay’s economy.
