📰 News we're reading
• $6M Ogunquit home leads Maine's most expensive sales in July (bangordailynews.com) — Two Raymond properties on Windward Shore Road and Cape Road ranked among Maine’s 10 priciest home sales in July, each closing for well over $3 million. The list, based on state transfer tax records, highlights high-end residential deals across Cumberland and York counties, from Ogunquit’s coast to Raymond’s lakeside shoreline.

• Obituary: Phyllis Dorn Burnham (pressherald.com) — Raymond is mourning longtime school nurse and Wind-in-Pines camp co-manager Phyllis Dorn Burnham, who died July 25 with family by her side. A celebration of life open house is planned October 18 at her Raymond home, and donations in her memory may support Raymond Fire & Rescue or the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.
