ā¢ Now in its 4th year, the Reporter gets its own non-profit status (southberwickreporter.org) ā South Berwickās own online news outlet has just been approved as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, allowing it to fundraise directly for its longāterm stability. After three years under SoBo Centralās umbrella, the allāvolunteer South Berwick Reporter will now manage its own finances and has joined a national consortium of nonprofit newsrooms.

ā¢ Man hunted after traffic stop is still unidentified (southberwickreporter.org) ā South Berwick police are still investigating a man who fled a traffic stop last week, prompting a brief school lockdown and large search near Powderhouse Hill and downtown. Officials say thereās no known danger to the public but havenāt released further details despite inquiries from the South Berwick Reporter. Ā Ā Ā
