2 Ordinances To Be Introduced At City Council Tonight

Multiple presentations and the introduction of two ordinances are on the agenda for Monday's City Council meeting.

The LEED Office Building Tax Subclass ordinance and an amendement to taxes for Habitat for Humanity will be introduced.

David Phillips of the Maryland State Highway Administration will give a presentation for an update of the US 40/MD 715 Road Improvement Project. There will also be an update from the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation.

Phyllis Grover, the director of planning and community development, is expected to present the preliminary site plan for the Corner at Beards Hill and a revised final subdivision plat for Lots 4 and 5 of Beards Hill Park.

Aberdeen's director of finance, Opiribo Jack, is expected present year-to-date financial activities.
