Auto Auction Firm Announces Opening, Car Giveaway

Auto Auction of Baltimore is holding a free educational event about auto auctions on Feb 1. in Aberdeen, where a drawing will take place to win a free car.

The first 100 entries are eligible to win a 1995 Saturn S.

Usually, most auto auctions are reserved for licensed dealers only, but the company will allow the general public to participate in auctions, said Diane Lyle, of Auto Auction of Baltimore, in a press release.

Auto Auction of Baltimore, located at 1232 S. Philadelphia Blvd., will provide free food and beverages during the open house, starting at 5 p.m. The auction commences at 6:30 p.m.

Dignitaries from charities that the auction represents will be present to showcase works from the community that are made possible through the auctioning of their donated vehicles.

Auction assistants will help guide people with selecting a vehicle and how the auction process works. There are over 200 vehicles available at each auction with many ranging from $800 to $2,000.
