The Harford County NAACP and Black Youth In Action are having the Sixth Annual Breakfast and Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration. The breakfast has a cost. The celebration, which starts at 10 a.m., is free and open to the public. The Rev. Mark Groover, who is the pastor of Clarks United Methodist Church in Bel Air, is the event speaker.
