LifeBridge Health's Ali Tabrizchi, D.O., is Only Harford County Cardiologist Named a 2014 Top Doctor in Baltimore Magazine

Baltimore, MD – Ali Tabrizchi, D.O., a clinical interventional cardiologist at the LifeBridge Health Cardiovascular Institute, has been named one of Baltimore magazine’s 2014 Top Doctors. Tabrizchi is the only cardiologist practicing in Harford County to be selected for this prestigious honor.

Physicians who are recognized for this acknowledgement are chosen by their peers. The magazine surveys nearly 10,000 area doctors, asks them who they would send their own family members to for treatment in different specialties and then compiles the list. Only about 4 percent of the physicians in the region are included in the final listing.

Tabrizchi has been a full-time clinical interventional cardiologist at Sinai Hospital since 2008. His primary practice is Cardiovascular Associates of Maryland, which is located in Bel Air, Maryland. He has performed thousands of diagnostic angiograms, coronary interventions, peripheral angiograms and interventions, nuclear stress tests and echocardiograms, among many procedures.

In addition, he serves as the director of Cardiovascular Associates of Maryland; has published various studies; and is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Heart Association, the American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association.

For the past four years, Tabrizchi has also been recognized as one of America’s Most Compassionate Doctors by his patients, who provide online feedback about their experiences. Only 5 percent of the 870,000 doctors in the United States receive this distinction.
