• Baltimore Man Arrested In Aberdeen After I-95 Road Rage Incident: Police (patch.com) — A Baltimore man was arrested at Aberdeen Proving Ground after police say he pointed a gun at another driver during a road rage incident on I-95 and then fled into Harford County. Aberdeen Proving Ground police located him with a loaded handgun and turned him over to Maryland State Police. Investigators are asking anyone with information on this or other highway gun crimes to contact them.
