Photographers have a chance to win up to $500 for submitting photos of cars or trucks for an upcoming exhibit. Harford County Cultural Arts Board is hosting "Cars: A Harford County Love Affair." Photo submissions are judged and will be on display in the Harford County Public Library in Jarrettsville. The event is in conjunction with the Smithsonian exhibition "Journey Stories," coming to the Abingdon Library on May 19. "It examines the intersection between modes of travel and Americans' desire to progress and flourish, travel and explore," the release stated. Rules, deadlines and other details about the event can be found in the attached documents.
