Trash, Recycling on Normal Schedule

Trash pick-up will not be altered in city despite President's Day holiday.

Here's your warning: get the trash out to the curb.

The garbage trucks are still coming today.

Despite the President's Day holiday, trash and recycling collection remains on its regular schedule in Aberdeen this week.

Collection is delayed one day for the weeks of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas.

There is no bulk or yard waste pick-up on those days, Good Friday (April 6) or the day following Thanksgiving.

Trash scheduled for collection on Thanksgiving Day will be collected the following day.
