4 Lottery Winners Snag $145K In Anne Arundel County

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Four lottery players won or claimed a combined $145,000 last week in Anne Arundel County.

The top prize of $100,000 came in Annapolis. That participant bought a $100,000 Lucky scratch-off at the Westpoint Shell, located at 2056 West Street. The winner already collected their check.

Another player snagged the second-largest prize of $25,000 in Edgewater. They bought a Pick 5 draw game ticket Saturday at Adam’s Ribs Edgewater, situated at 169 Mayo Road. This prize was unclaimed as of Monday.

Two Glen Burnie participants each scored $10,000 on scratchers. One purchased a $10,000 Lucky ticket at Wawa No. 8507-E, which sits at 7800 Park West Drive. The other was playing Money Explosion at Papa’s Restaurant & Sports Bar, located at 6713 Ritchie Highway. Both players claimed their winnings last week.

Around the state, 50 tickets worth at least $10,000 were sold or redeemed in the week ending June 5. The Maryland Lottery paid more than $34.6 million in prizes over those seven days.

The top prize of $102,419 came in Silver Spring on a Racetrax digital horseracing game. That ticket was sold on May 30 at 29 Convenience Mart, which is situated at 10755 Colesville Road.

The Annapolis scratcher tied for the second-largest win in Maryland. Its counterpart was a winning $100,000 Crossword 5th Edition sold in Baltimore. That participant bought their ticket at M&M Lounge, located at 2500 East Biddle Street.

The Silver Spring and Baltimore players already picked up their prizes.
