$10K Reward Offered for Arrest in Fatal Stabbing
Anne Arundel County Police say a Brooklyn Park man died nearly 3 months after he was stabbed; the case is now a homicide.

BROOKLYN PARK, MD — A $10,000 reward is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest in the death of a Brooklyn Park man who died nearly three months after he was chased and stabbed, police say.
Last week, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore ruled the death of Arnold Lee Bowman, 44, of the 200 block of Charles Street, a homicide.
Anne Arundel County Police say the fatal attack happened about 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 near Ritchie Highway and Belle Grove Road.

Bowman was found unresponsive in an alley, suffering from stab wounds, police say.
He was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment and remained hospitalized since the attack. Police say Bowman died March 25 from his injuries.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore performed an autopsy on Bowman and on May 17 ruled his cause of death as multiple wounds with the manner being homicide.
Detectives have canvassed the area and interviewed numerous witnesses. Surveillance footage from the area shows a suspect chasing Bowman. The suspect is seen wearing a hoodie-styled sweatshirt and long pants at the time of the assault.
Bowman’s death is the fourth homicide investigated this year by the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for Bowman’s murder.
