Around the state, 36 tickets worth at least $10,000 were sold or redeemed in the week ending Oct. 2. The Maryland Lottery paid more than $29.6 million in prizes over those seven days.

Two players tied for the state's top prize of $1 million on separate scratchers. Those tickets were sold in Lanham at 7-Eleven #11571 and in Frederick at Sheetz #704. Both players already claimed their winnings.
