Annapolis Attempted Murder Suspect Surrenders: Update
Annapolis Police charged Kelvin Bias with attempted murder and other charges. They need the public's help finding him.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police say an Annapolis man wanted on multiple charges, including attempted murder, has turned himself into authorities.

Detectives say suspect Kelvin Bias, 30, of Annapolis shot a man about 5:15 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Brooke Court.
When Annapolis Police officers arrived in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive for reports of shots fired, they did not find a victim or damaged property. A short time later, officers were notified of a 23-year-old man who had been shot and sought treatment at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

The victim’s injuries are not life threatening, police say.
An arrest warrant was issued for Bias charging him with attempted first- and second-degree murder, first-degree assault, use of a firearm in a violent crime, and several lesser charges.
Bias turned himself in at the police station Tuesday morning.
