ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — A Pasadena woman who served as the treasurer of a youth sports club pleaded guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the volunteer group and filing a false tax report.

A Thursday release from the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland said Kelley Ann Haley, 46, admitted to stealing $238,452 from the Pasadena Buccaneers Athletic Club over five years.

Haley, according to authorities, also failed to include the funds on her income tax return, a move that allowed her to avoid paying $4,625.69 in taxes.
