Annapolis Man, Woman Charged With Drug Trafficking

Two Annapolis residents were charged with drug possession after a raid by Anne Arundel County Police.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Two Annapolis residents were charged with drug possession after a Feb. 11 raid by Anne Arundel County Police. Authorities had previously received tips that drugs could have been sold from a house on Bretton View Road in Annapolis. On Monday police executed a search warrant in the 1400 block of Bretton View Road, where they seized drugs and arrested John Joseph Vizzini Jr., 36, and Leah Nicole Bruich, 24.

As a result of the search warrant, the following items were recovered and seized:

  • 2,067.5 grams of suspected marijuana
  • 150 suspected THC Liquid Vape Inserts
  • 2 functional digital scales
  • Various controlled prescription pills
  • Mossberg 500 12-gauge shotgun
  • Remington Game Master 760 .30-06 rifle
  • Glock 17, 9mm semi-automatic handgun and three magazines
  • 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe
  • $979 cash

  • CDS possession with intent to distribute (2 counts)
  • CDS: Possession of marijuana 10 grams or more (2 counts)
  • CDS: Possession of drug paraphernalia
