Constitutional rights being ignored

Maryland judge in Harford county MARYLAND has Been denying the band of a 60 year old woman with high health concerns is not getting the medical attention she desperately needs, The court and judge fowd to consider the least restrictive condition or combination to secure the safety of pretrial detainees/Imate return to trail. Inmate is not a Flight risk nor is she in their for a violent crime . Inmates have been at grave risk several times and their rights are being ignored / violated there has been several Covid outbreaks since 2020. a 60-year-old woman who is a pre-trial detaining being held on a no bond with high health concerns has not seen the outside in 3 months now the only way she is able to no if it is night vs day time is by looking at a clock, As well as had to go days with out her medication that she needs, given the wrong medication, given the wrong dosage as well sometimes, And as of this week there’s no medical staff in there that has now took away her afternoon medication before seeing a doctor or getting a doctors approval to even stop her afternoon medication, As well as the month of January and half of February was locked in her cell all day until evening time around 8pm-9pm and had no way to communicate with attorney over the phone, she also has been denied a grievance form by the officers and warden unless she agrees to tell them what it is for and who it is against which she said is confidential and the officers refused to give her a grievance form. All imates has been served cold food daily for 2 months for breakfast and lunch daily. All inmates are not allowed to receive no mail/letters from any friends family or loved ones on the outside at all only a postcard. I have reached out to the the officials, the mayor, delegate, governor, etc.. which none of this seems to be concerning to them. we have the right to our constitution rights and speedy trail rights, cruel punishment, days or weeks without being able to contact your attorney, months with out seeing the outside Not even through a window, for no reason at all, being denied a grievance form, not being able to receive mail from family or loved ones and the list goes on is in violation of their constitutional rights, and I am sharing this here because the people have a right to no things that are going on that is not right. A 60 yr old women who has not even been found guilty yet is being given harsh and cruel punishment while in fact she has not even been to trail yet, which I’m not even sure how she will receive a fair trail to begin with since the county has posted everything about the situation/charge all over social media so right there is going to be a prejudice issue.
