Drug Dealer Arrested at Woodside Gardens: Police
An Annapolis man was reportedly caught with heroin, Xanax and crack cocaine at an apartment complex, police say.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A man banned from an Annapolis low-income housing community was arrested Thursday on trespassing and multiple drug charges after he dropped a bag of heroin as he tried to flee officers, authorities said.
Reginald McGowan, 32, of Annapolis was spotted by private security officers at Woodside Gardens apartments, 703 Newtowne Drive , from which he was banned. Annapolis Police were called and McGowan fled from security.
As he ran, police say McGowan dropped a bag containing 9.6 grams of suspected heroin. When he was arrested, officers found 11.7 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 15 Xanax pills and more than $1,500 in cash in his pockets.

McGowan was charged with trespassing and six other charges relating to the possession of controlled dangerous substances.
