Expect Road Closures Sept. 1 For Annapolis Parade, Arts Festival

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Drivers should expect road closures on Sunday, Sept. 1, stemming from the annual Elks Pre-Labor Day Parade that kicks off at 3 p.m. Road closures are scheduled to be implemented from between 3 and 5 p.m. from West Street at Amos Garrett Boulevard to Calvert Street.

Closures also will occur due to the First Sunday Arts Festival on Sunday, Sept. 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. West Street will be closed between Calvert Street and Church Circle for the duration of the festival.
