Flasher Sought In Annapolis: Police

Annapolis Police are searching for a man who reportedly exposed himself to two women on a street early Thursday.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A man who reportedly exposed himself to two women early Thursday morning is being sought by Annapolis Police. The incident happened about 2:30 a.m. at Wells Avenue and Adams Street, authorities say.

Two women were sitting in a parked vehicle when a man walking by on the sidewalk stopped and exposed himself to them, police say. The women drove away and called the police.

The suspect is described as a tall African American man in his late 20s to early 30s, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a reflective stripe on the hood and black pants. He was not located by officers.
