ANNAPOLIS, MD — A Thursday gala will celebrate major milestones for two Annapolis organizations.

This year is the 70th anniversary of Historic Annapolis, a group that runs downtown museums. It is also the 50th birthday of Watermark, a business that offers boat and walking tours around the city.

"As two pillars of Annapolis, both organizations are eager to share this special year with the community that made their achievements possible," Watermark said in a newsletter. "Partake in creative appetizers from the area’s premier caterers, and enjoy a glass of bubbly as you stroll the hidden oasis of an English garden."
