Heroin, Cocaine Seized During Glen Burnie Bust: Police
One suspect was arrested on narcotics charges, and a second man was arrested on a warrant, say police.

Street drugs valued at more than $2,000 were seized and two men were arrested in a drug raid last week in Glen Burnie, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police executed a search warrant at 291 E. Thompson Ave. in Glen Burnie about 7 p.m. March 26. The warrant was a result of undercover investigation into narcotic violations occurring at the residence.

As a result of the raid, detectives seized the following:
- 14.06 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $1,406
- 5.16 grams of suspected heroin with an estimated street value of $516
- CDS distribution paraphernalia (digital scale, packaging materials)
- Look-a-like pellet handgun
- $4,148 in cash
Police charged Kevin Carter Alston, 44, of 291 E. Thompson Ave. in Glen Burnie with:

- Possession with intent to distribute cocaine
- Possession with intent to distribute heroin
- Possession cocaine
- Possession heroin
- Possession of paraphernalia
A second suspect, Dwayne Thomas Grimes, 38, was arrested on an open warrant.
