Juneteenth March For Justice And Prayer Vigil Friday In Annapolis

The march will begin at the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers Memorial located at the corner of Clay Street and Calvert Street.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Juneteenth March for Justice and Prayer Vigil led by The Honorable Emanuel J. Stanley Most Worshipful Grand Master with The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge will be held Friday starting at 2 p.m.

The march will begin at the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers Memorial located at the corner of Clay Street and Calvert Street. It will end at the Kunta Kinte-Alex Haley Memorial and along the the sidewalk at City Dock. According to the grand lodge's website, masks "must be worn at all times" and participants are encouraged to wear all black attire.
