More Than $150K In Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin Seized In Annapolis: Police
Anne Arundel County Police have arrested two men after an Annapolis drug raid turned up $150,000 in marijuana and cocaine, plus other drugs.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — A drug raid in Annapolis netted a staggering $150,000 worth of marijuana and cocaine, according to Anne Arundel County Police, who have arrested suspects from Annapolis and Severna Park on drug-trafficking or drug possession charges. Other illicit drugs were also seized, including LSD, heroin, and Ketamine, which is an animal anesthetic commonly added to marijuana, where it can produce a dream-like state that has earned it the name "date rape drug."
Police executed a narcotics search warrant on April 14 at 1522 Lodge Pole Court in Annapolis. The following drugs and paraphernalia were seized during a search:
- 5,232.7 grams of high grade marijuana (estimated street value of $104,654)
- 526 grams of cocaine (estimated street value $52,600)
- 79.9 grams of Ketamine (estimated street value $3,000)
- 2 blotter sheets containing 1,800 dosage units of suspected LSD (estimated street value
- $7,600)
- 6 mason jars of hash oil and 68 grams of oil on paper (estimated street value $5,000)
- 16 glass vials containing liquid Ketamine (estimated street value $1,680)
- 1.6 grams of heroin (estimated street value $160)

- Possession of LSD with intent to distribute
- Possession of cocaine
- Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possess large amount
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute
- Possession of Ketamine
- Possession Ketamine with intent to distribute
Matthew Sloan Hill, 25, of the 100 block of Roads End Lane in Severna Park, is charged with possession of heroin and possession of ketamine.
