Motorcycle Accident Kills One In Crownsville
An Easton man driving a motorcycle was killed Jan. 9 when his bike went off a highway near Crownsville, authorities said.

CROWNSVILLE, MD —An Easton man driving a motorcycle was killed early Wednesday when his bike went off a highway near Crownsville, authorities said. The fatal crash happened about 5:30 a.m. at northbound I-97 near Hawkins Road.
Witnesses said a motorcycle veered off the roadway, flipped over and come to a stop at the guardrail. Firefighters located the 58-year-old driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Maryland State Police identified the victim as George Wilks Macey, 58, of Easton.
