New DTLR Era Brings Reimagined Experience To Annapolis Mall

The DTLR sportswear brand is getting ready to hold a grand opening Wednesday at Annapolis Mall. Here's what you need to know.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A first-of-its-kind store concept is coming to Annapolis Mall on Wednesday, offering residents the chance to experience a sportswear retailer's reimagined shopper experience.

From suspended dirt bikes to a curated Jordan shop, the DTLR sportswear store said in a release that its DTLR NEXT initiative marks a "new era for retail that blends culture, energy and community."

This week's grand opening at the mall, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., will include a photo booth, customization station, popcorn lab and a recharge station offering barista-crafted drinks, among other immersive experiences.

"DTLR is thrilled to bring its most innovative store concept yet to the Annapolis community. Featuring new immersive displays for dynamic storytelling and dedicated shops spotlighting Jordan and Under Armour, we're redefining what an in-store shopping experience can be," said DTLR CEO Todd Kirssin.

"As we deepen our presence across Maryland and expand our national footprint, our commitment remains the same: to deliver an elevated, culture-driven experience rooted in community."

The festivities will also include performances from the Twilighterz band and Stage Breakerz step team.

The DLTR store is located near the mall's food court.

Shoppers will be able to visit the branch anytime between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

On Sunday, guests can stop by the store from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
