New Stores Are Coming To Annapolis Mall This Year

ANNAPOLIS, MD — New stores are coming to Annapolis Mall this year, with openings scheduled to kick off in a few short months.

Aéropostale, Abercrombie & Fitch, Miss A and Pop Mart will be signing on to join Annapolis Mall's collection of more than 200 retailers and restaurants.

Officials also announced Tuesday that athletic apparel brand Lululemon will be expanding its footprint by relocating to a larger 5,575-square-foot retail space.

Lululemon will be officially relocating in 2027.

But that's still not all.

Additional openings are in play at the mall for: DICK’S House of Sport, UNIQLO, JACK & JONES, Dave & Buster’s, Curmudgeon Books, Jolly Yolly Kids, New Village Academ and Offline by Aerie and Tesla.

Sandeep Mathrani, an ownership partner and founder of Atlas Hill RE, said in a statement that the "breadth and pace of leasing activity at Annapolis Mall reflect both the strength of the market and the meaningful interest we’re seeing from national, regional and experiential retailers."

"With over 329,000 square feet of new retailers opening in 2026 and 2027, the tenant mix is being deliberately elevated to align with evolving consumer demand," he said.

Check below to see the opening dates revealed by officials:

Pop Mart

• Anticipated opening date: Fall 2026
• The collectible toy store will open near sports apparel Under Armour in a 2,400-square-foot store on the first level of the mall.

Aéropostale

• Anticipated opening date: June
• The casual apparel and accessories brand will take over a 4,279-square-foot space on level one of the mall, next to Garage.

Abercrombie & Fitch

• Anticipated opening date: November
• The modern apparel store will set up across from Victoria's Secret on the mall's first level in a 4,868-square-foot store.

Miss A

• Anticipated opening date: September
• A location for the affordable beauty shop has not yet been disclosed. The storefront will mark one of the brand’s first 100 stores in the U.S.

Annapolis Mall is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, it's open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

This weekend, however, it will be closed for Easter Sunday.

The mall is located at 2002 Annapolis Mall.
