Outlaw Arrested for Strolling Through Home: Police

An Arnold man named Outlaw was charged for reportedly walking into a house past a resident and leaving through the front door.

A burglary suspect named Outlaw was arrested Friday for reportedly strolling through an Annapolis house while the owner was home.

Annapolis Police say that Larry Outlaw, 35, of Arnold was charged with a burglary that occurred Thursday in the 1100 block of President Street.

A resident reported to police that he was sitting in his living room just after 8 p.m. Thursday when the suspect – later identified as Outlaw -- entered the home through an unlocked rear door. The resident saw Outlaw, whom he didn’t know, walk into the living room and out the front door. A set of keys was taken from an area near the home’s rear door.

The next day, police saw Outlaw in the 1100 block of Frederick Douglass Street wearing the same clothing described by the burglary victim.

Outlaw was identified as the suspect, arrested, and charged with first-, third-, and fourth-degree burglary, and theft. He was also charged with stealing a bottle of liquor from a store in the 1000 block of Bay Ridge Avenue on Thursday.

Outlaw posted $5,000 bond and was released from jail.
