Peter Chang Annapolis Starts Taking Reservations

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The hotly anticipated opening for Peter Chang Annapolis looks to be moving forward as the restaurant has officially started accepting reservations.

Located at 918 Bay Ridge Road, the restaurant has been a hot-button subject since plans for the opening were first confirmed in 2025.

The Banner reported that the eatery, a James Beard Award-finalist, is waiting for the final city inspections before a decision is made on the official door opening to eager customers.

“I want to make sure we give our best customer service,” General manager Yan Fiorini told the outlet.

To date, Peter Chang Annapolis still lists February as the intended month for its grand opening on its website.

The popular restaurant is known for its authentic Chinese menu and includes dishes such as the ginger scallion double lobster and signature whole Peking duck, among other plates.
