Pizza Boli's Driver Beaten with Handgun: Police
Several men beat and robbed an Annapolis Pizza Boli's driver early Thursday when he made a delivery.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — An Annapolis pizza delivery driver was beaten with a handgun when a group of men grabbed his pie.
The injured driver works for Pizza Bolis at 1900 Forest Drive, according to Annapolis Police. About 12:40 a.m. Thursday, the driver was in the 1100 block of Cove Road to make a delivery.
After he was out of his vehicle, the delivery driver was approached by a man armed with a handgun outside an apartment building. Police say the armed man struck the delivery driver in the face with the handgun.

When the victim ran from the suspect, two more men appeared and also assaulted the driver. The suspects took the victim’s wallet, money, and the food that was being delivered, then ran away.
Police officers, with the help of Anne Arundel County Police’s Air Unit, searched for the suspects, but they were not located.

The victim suffered face and head injuries; he was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
