Pre-Teen Wanna-Be Carjackers Arrested: Police
Two 12-year-olds and 15-year-old were reportedly jumping on cars while armed with a baseball bat, say Annapolis Police

Two pre-teen boys were charged with trying to carjack a woman Wednesday afternoon in Annapolis, police say.
Two 12-year-olds and a 15-year-old boy, all from Annapolis, reportedly lay in the street and then jumped on vehicles. Annapolis Police were called about 3:20 p.m. Wednesday to Chester Avenue near Third Street after one woman believed the youths tried to rob or carjack her.
Police say the woman was in her vehicle when the boys surrounded her vehicle and one juvenile stood next to the driver’s door and pounded a baseball bat into his hand.

All three boys were arrested and charged on juvenile citations.
