Shot Fired at Man During Robbery: Annapolis Police Reports

The Annapolis Police Department says a suspect shot at a man on Quiet Waters Road Wednesday morning.

In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 85 calls for service and arrested 6 people.

Armed Robbery – 100 block of Quiet Waters Pl – 02/25 at 4:56am: A man approached a resident walking to his vehicle and showed a gun. The suspect demanded the victim’s property and took the man’s cell phone. The victim struggled with the suspect when the suspect tried to take his wallet. During the struggle a shot was fired and the suspect fled the area on foot. The victim was not injured. Officers searched the area for the suspect using police K-9 and helicopter, but they did not locate the suspect.
