SPCA 24th Annual Walk for the Animals Event: May 3

On Sunday, May 3 the SPCA of Anne Arundel County will celebrate its 24th Annual Walk & Run for the Animals event at Quiet Waters Park from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Tails on Trails 5K Run will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the Walk at 9:00 a.m. Festivities include scenic trails, K9 Demonstration, Dog Agility Course, 3rd annual Cars & Critters car show, face painting, A Food Bowl for your culinary delights, and an array of vendor booths.

The Walk & Run for the Animals is the SPCA of Anne Arundel County’s largest annual fundraiser. Funds raised from this event help the shelter continue its mission of helping animals and educating the community.

Participating alone? Register online here to create your own personal fundraising page. Participants who raise a minimum of $40 will receive the official event T-shirt.

Have a group of friends or co workers that want to support the event? Form a “Pack” or team, raise a minimum of $400 for a minimum group of four and get a special personalized pack t shirt along with a free group photo taken at the event.
