Stevensville Man Dies in Weekend Car Crash

The crash happened Saturday night in Prince George's County. Police are working to determine what caused the accident.

STEVENSVILLE, MD — A Stevensville man died in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend in Prince George's County, officials said.

The Prince George's County Police Department is investigating the fatal crash in Fort Washington.

The victim is 27-year-old Levy Campos III, of Beachside Drive in Stevensville.

About 12:50 a.m. Saturday, police were called to the 9200 block of Indian Head Highway for a crash involving Campos' car.

Investigators say Campos was southbound on Indian Head Highway when, for reasons which are under investigation, he lost control of his car and struck a guardrail. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
