US Sailboat Show Under Way in Annapolis: Hours, Tickets, Parking

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The 48th United States Sailboat Show is under way at City Dock in Annapolis and runs through Monday, Oct. 9. The annual sailboat show features sailing lessons and seminars, boat displays and sales, cruises, cocktail and wine tastings, and more. Organizers say hundreds of boats are in the dock and harbor area, along with hundreds of exhibitors on land.

Authorities say expect crowds and traffic delays on U.S. 50 and in downtown Annapolis during the show.
Show hours are:

• Thursday, October 5, (VIP Preview Day) 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday, October 6, 10:00am - 6:30pm
• Saturday, October 7, 10:00am - 6:30pm
• Sunday, October 8, 10:00am - 6:30pm
• Monday, October 9, 10:00am - 5:00pm

Ticket prices are:

• VIP Preview Day + Additional Day - $48
• Adult One Day - $18 in advance/$20 at the gate
• Adult Two Day Combo - $31
• Children - $5 (6 and younger free)

Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium
Boat show visitors are encouraged to park at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and take the free shuttle bus from the Navy Stadium to the United States Sailboat Show. Buses run continuously from 9:00am until one hour after the show closes.

Directions to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium: Take Route 50 to Annapolis/Rowe Blvd (exit 24). Follow signs along Rowe Blvd. to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

On Saturday October 7 ONLY** boat show visitors should follow signs from Route 50, exit 22, Rowe Boulevard, to alternative parking. Shuttle buses will deliver attendees to the City Dock free of charge

Parking is also available at Eastport Elementary School – a short walk from Eastport to City Dock in downtown historic Annapolis.
