Visit Olde Tyme Days at the Amish Market
Annual event at Pennsylvania Dutch Farmer's Market in the Annapolis Harbour Center features music, handmade ice cream and variety of goods.
Bread, candy, solid-wood furniture and fresh fruits and vegetables are regularly staples of the the Pennsylvania Dutch Farmer's Market in the Annapolis Harbour Center on Solomons Island Road in Parole.
On Thursday, the market, known locally as the Amish Market, kicked off its annual Olde Tyme Days festival. There was a large variety of homemade bread and ice cream, sweets, healthy food and even "Hugs the Clown" was painting hands and faces during the festival.
There's also prize giveaways, as well as a pig roast. Don't forget to stop inside for a cheese log, any candy you can remember from the penny candy store as a kid, or a home-cooked meal in the restaurant.
