What's Open, Closed in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County on Veterans Day 2016
Anne Arundel County offices and services will be limited on Nov. 11 for Veterans Day. Ceremony planned in Annapolis to honor veterans.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Anne Arundel County's public schools and libraries will be open, while government offices and senior centers will be closed for Veterans Day on Friday, Nov. 11.
If you're looking for something to do in the area that day, the annual Veterans Day Ceremony, hosted by the Fleet Reserve Association, will begin at 11 a.m. at Memorial Circle at City Dock in Annapolis. The United States Naval Academy Band starts performing at 10:45 a.m. There will be a short parade around Memorial Circle as part of the ceremony. All veterans are invited to attend.

City of Annapolis government offices will closed on Friday, Nov. 11, for the holiday.
