What's Open, Closed in Annapolis on Presidents' Day 2015?
The holiday means some changes in bus service, and to city offices and schools.
City of Annapolis government offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidentsâ Day.
Refuse and recycling will not be affected, according to the city website.
