he Change Starter LLC offers workshops, group discussions, public forums, and conferences designed to foster reflection, deepen racial understanding, and support social growth. Our offerings provide safe, structured spaces where individuals, groups, and organizations can explore how race, identity, and social conditioning shape perceptions, interactions, and internal patterns. Through facilitated conversations, participants engage in meaningful dialogue that encourages self-reflection, critical thinking, and awareness of both personal and systemic influences. Sessions are tailored for people at all levels of familiarity with race-related topics, ensuring a non-judgmental environment for learning and exploration.
