Accidents Waiting to Happen

You see it all the time now... cars drifting into other lanes or off the roadbed completely. Strange vehicular behavior such as speeding up and slowing down instead of normally maintaining a steady speed or worse yet, waiting at a green light until it's about to turn red... at least THEY got through the light! While not all of these behaviors always reflect cell phone use, it's always distracted driving.
