Veterans, active-duty and transitioning service members, and military families are invited to an afternoon of real conversation about mental wellness, identity and life after service.

What to expect:
• A keynote address
• Your choice of three breakout sessions: a Veteran Fireside Chat on mental wellness, Show Up with Rochelle Hemingway, and a session on preparing your VA claim and reading your rating decision
• Local resource partners who can actually help, all in one room
• Refreshments and time to connect
