Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi will be offering several free classes:
Free Homeschool Kung Fu Classes
Wednesday, January 23, 2012
Friday, January 25, 2012
10:30-11:30am
These two free classes for homeschoolers are open to ages 5 to adult. Enjoy the benefits of Jing Ying's Kung Fu program in a daytime class specifically for homeschoolers! Improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance while learning effective self-defense techniques in a non-aggressive environment.
Kung Fu is really about learning to use your body properly. The skills you acquire will help with any physical activity in which you are engaged. It is a great activity for parents to do with their children.
