Anne Arundel County School Officials Release Special Education Survey, Ask For Feedback

The survey is designed to give parents a direct line to the Special Education Citizen's Advisory Committee.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD -- Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) officials are asking parents of children who received special education services this year to fill out a survey. The information from the survey will be used by the Special Education Citizen's Advisory Committee to advise the director of special education.

AACPS released the statement on Facebook on Tuesday asking for parents to fill out the survey. "This unique survey was developed by parents of students with disabilities, and provides an opportunity for you to give direct feedback on how well you think special education services are working for your child and family," the statement said.

The deadline for the survey is June 30, 2017. The statement says that input from parents with children with disabilities is critical. Click the link to start the survey.
