Learn basic tai chi & qigong movements in this low-impact class that is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Wear clothes suitable for movement, such as athletic pants & a t-shirt.
Taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, the owner of Jing Ying Institute.
