City of Baltimore: Charm'tastic Mile (USPTO) The 100-Year Agreement with Mayor Scott & Zeke Cohen
September 30, 2026 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting its Biz'tastic Wednesday in B'more.
The "Charm'tastic Mile" continues in its pursuit of creating a 100-Year Agreement with Mayor Brandon Scott and President of the Baltimore City Council Zeke Cohen for the Iconic 1.3 mile corridor that's one of the only four USPTO registered (R) trademarked streets in America www.uspto.gov.
This coming October 24th will be the 1-Year Anniversary (10-24-25) of the release of the Baltimore-Edition MONOPOLY Game. This time last-year was the highly-anticipated release of B'more MONOPOLY. It was the talk-of-the-town. Top Trumps USA in association with Hasbro Games created the board game to rave reviews. The "Charm'tastic MILE" was a highly visible entity on the game. It's trademark status led to its game inclusion.
With the upcoming Harborplace/Inner Harbor project that will be soon be starting, The "Charm'tastic Mile" becomes one of the major faces for downtown and the city overall as it moves forward. The 100-Year Agreement with the Mayor & City Council leaders would cement a forever-legacy for the majestic 1.3 mile stretch of downtown to the history & lore of Baltimore.
This past April was the 10th Anniversary (4-25-2016) of The "Charm'tastic Mile" being introduced to Charm City. The 10-Year Celebration was honored by Mayor Scott (Mayor's Certificate of Recognition) and Gov. Wes Moore (Governor's Citation). The "Charm'tastic Mile" shares the same day of introduction to Baltimore as the Iconic "Domino Sugars" neon sign (4-25-1951), 65-years apart.
