Caregiver Workshop Comes to Pasadena

The Pasadena Senior Center will host a caregiver workshop on Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m.

“Caring for You” is a series offered by the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities. The workshop is for caregivers who may need help coping with their situations while caring for a loved one, according to a release from the Department of Aging and Disabilities.

Thursday’s workshop will cover a variety of subjects including working with those with dementia, managing stress, learning essential coping skills and realizing that one’s physical, emotional and spiritual health are all one package needing attention, according to the release.
