During that search, officers found CDS marijuana in a black baggie. A fast food drink cup nestled in the cup holder of the vehicle housed a clear plastic bag containing approximately two ounces of suspected CDS cocaine. The marijuana had an approximate weight with packaging of 2.87 grams with a street value of approximately $57.40. The CDS cocaine had a total approximate weight with packaging of 60.73 grams with an approximate street value of $6,073.00.
Mitchell was charged with a civil citation for marijuana, possession of CDS not marijuana and possession with intent to distribute CDS not marijuana.
