  • Answers and directs calls, while maintaining a neat, clean and fully stocked office. Special attention should be placed on front lobby and front desk counter ensuring that it is always presentable and tidy.
  • Commitment to the KW experience ensuring that all associates and guests are greeted warmly and that they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Ensures daily distribution of mail, answers voicemail and admin email.
  • Promoting events, settlement photos, and general air traffic control for events and settlements
  • Manage Social Media
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Work within a Budget
  • Social Media Optimizations
  • Run Reports
  • Must be a self managed individual
