Students Perform "The Music Man" at Chesapeake High School
The show was presented March 10, 11, 12 and 13.
Actors, singers, dancers, technical people and adult leadership combined at Chesapeake High School to produce Meredith Willson's "The Music Man" for four days in March.
"Our cast and crew have been putting in some long hours...especially working with a shorter month and losing some days of rehearsal thanks to Mother Nature," said director George Johnson V. "I always come to rehearsal with a smile on my face because I know I get the chance to work with a great group of students."
Johnson also noted it takes many people to produce a show such as "The Music Man" and that parent volunteers are key to success for the Chesapeake High School Theatre Group.
