Tea Tasting

This popular, fun and informative workshop is presented by Lynayn Mielke of The East West Tea Emporium in Annapolis. Lynayn is a tea professional with a Level IV Certification from the Specialty Tea Institute. She has traveled the world in her study of tea (China, Taiwan, Japan and Sri Lanka), observing and participating in the various growing and processing methods unique to each tea’s country of origin.

You’ll get to try several teas, learn about their proper preparation, and learn about their health benefits. You will soon find yourself amazed at the variety of tea available and all the complex flavors and aromas they have to offer.
